(1) If a person commits any of the following offenses outside Nepal, he shall be punished in accordance with this Code as if he committed such offense within Nepal:-
(a) an offense under paragraph 1 of Part 2 other than section 54,
(b) an offense committed under Part 2 paragraph 17 by abducting a person from Nepal,
(c) Offenses under sections 167, 276 and 279,
(C1) Section 192A. The following offences,
(d) Offenses under Part 2, Paragraphs 22 and 23 committed with the intention of introducing or importing into Nepal. (e) wholly or mostly owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level or the Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level (2) If anyone commits any offense under this Code in an aircraft or watercraft registered in Nepal while outside Nepal, he shall be punished in accordance with this Code as if he committed such offense within Nepal.
(3) If any Nepali citizen or any other person commits any of the following offenses against any Nepali citizen outside Nepal, he shall be punished in accordance with this Code as if he committed such offense within Nepal:-
(a) the offense of causing or causing death, conspiracy, abetment or
(b) Offense of abandoning a helpless person,
(c) Offense of mutilation (d) the offense of kidnapping, body hostage or unlawful detention (e) the offense of coercion or coercion,
(f) Criminal nuisance, criminal gain, criminal treachery, embezzlement, theft, fraud, robbery or criminal use of property against the Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level or an organized body wholly or mostly owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level Misdemeanor,
(g) Offense under section 158,
(h) Offenses relating to matrimony under Part - 2 Chapter - 11,
(i) The offense of adulteration of food or medicine with the intention of importing it into Nepal (j) Offenses relating to treatment under sections 231, 232 and 233,
(k) Offense under paragraph 2 of Part 3.
